Where do guests park?

  • Self parking is available behind the building, and valet is available upon request.

What kinds of events do you host?

  • The Redmoor hosts weddings and receptions, corporate events, concerts, holiday parties, fundraisers, reunions, birthday parties, or any type of special event.

When is The Redmoor open to the public?

  • The doors of The Redmoor open at 6:00 pm Thursday through Saturday. However, times may vary to accommodate private events. Please check our calendar to determine if we have a private event scheduled for the time you would like to visit.

What is the capacity?

  • Seating capacity is 225 and room capacity is 340.

How do customers know when dates are available?

What is the rental fee?

  • The fees vary according to day and time the event is scheduled. Call 513-871-6789 for rates.

What does the rental fee include?

  • Rental fee includes full use of bar and dining areas; private room for dressing or meeting; use of tables chairs, china, flatware, and glassware; spacious dance floor; and set up and clean up.

What forms of payment are accepted?

  • Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are acceptable forms of payment.

What size are the tables?

  • The Redmoor has banquette and table seating which allows for customized floor plans to accomodate your unique event.

Who will be onsite to assist me during my event?

  • The Redmoor is owner operated. One of the two owners is always available to assist you throughout the duration of the event.

How big is the dance floor?

  • Our spacious dance floor is large enough to accommodate roughly 100 people.

Is The Redmoor handicap accessible?

  • Yes, there are no steps throughout the entrance, restrooms, bar, dining area, and dance floor.

Do you provide audio/visual equipment?

  • Yes, prices vary based on equipment needed.

What kind of sound system is available?

  • The Redmoor is pleased to provide a state of the art sound system and sound engineer. Call 513-871-6789 for rates.

Are linens provided?

  • The Redmoor works with local vendors to provide customers with customized linens for your special event.

How much is the security deposit and when it is required?

  • The deposit required to reserve the entire room is $1000.00, due the day it is reserved.

Is the security deposit refundable?

  • A full refund is available 90 days prior to your event.
